Signature
Draw in the box below — with a mouse, finger or stylus.
PNG or JPG, on a transparent or white background.
This places a picture of your signature on the page. It is not a cryptographic digital signature.

Compress PDF
Shrinks the photos inside your PDF by downscaling large images and re-saving them as JPEGs. Text and vector graphics are untouched, so everything stays selectable. Savings depend on the images — a text-heavy PDF barely shrinks.
To compress only some pages, open the page grid and select them first.
Images already below the size limit are left alone.
An image used on several pages is a single object — compressing it affects every page that shows it.
Protect PDF
Locks a copy of this PDF with a password (256-bit AES). Everything happens on this device — the password never leaves your browser.
The owner password unlocks the restrictions below. If you leave it blank, a random one is generated and shown to you once — using the same password for both is insecure.
Honest details: an owner password alone does not lock opening — only the password above does. And the restrictions are enforced by reader software, not by math: most readers honour them, but nothing physically stops a determined tool from ignoring them.
Protect creates a locked copy for sharing — your open document stays unlocked (an encrypted PDF cannot be re-opened for editing).
Remove password
Removes the password from a PDF you can already open — for your own files, e.g. a restriction you placed yourself, or a file whose password you were given. This cannot crack a password you do not know.
Document properties
The title and author travel with the file. Changes apply to your working document (one undo step).
Page numbers, headers & footers
Stamped as ordinary text objects — move, edit or delete them afterwards like anything else you add.
To stamp only some pages, open the page grid and select them first.

Form data
Extract & import
Export the current form values as CSV or JSON, or import a file to fill the open form.
Import reads only the first data row — one row fills the open form. Use Batch fill for many rows.
Batch fill
Each CSV row becomes one filled PDF. Column names must match field names. Rows are flattened — each output is a final document, not fillable.
The template is your current document with fills baked in: the document’s original fields keep their current values, while the fields you created stay fillable for each row.
